Dynamic duo nominated for the Post’s annual Student Awards by Farnborough Academy
 

Two students have been nominated for the Nottingham Post Student Awards.
Owen Kill and James Allen, both of Clifton, have been put forward by The Farnborough Academy for their special achievements.
James, 14, has been nominated for the 'Beating the Odds' award, which is for young people who have overcome significant obstacles. Twelve-year-old Owen has been nominated for the 'Community Champion' award, which recognises voluntary work within the school or community.
Diagnosed with autism at age four, James has overcome "massive challenges" while at school.
