Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paddle in Canadian canoe
 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took to the water in a canoe during the penultimate day of their Canadian tour.
The royal couple paddled into the heart of wilderness community Haida Gwaii, an archipelago on the northern coast of British Columbia.
They were accompanied by 10 warrior paddlers and three community leaders.
Haida Gwaii means "islands of the people" and archaeological evidence suggests the area has been inhabited for at least 10,000 years.
