Drug dealer's jail sentence INCREASED after judges said it was too soft



The ‘controlling mind’ behind a plot to bring the scourge of cocaine and heroin to Stratford has had his soft jail term increased.
Connor Du-Quesnay Kearney, 25, was locked up for three years and eight months at Worcester Crown Court on August 10.
But the Solicitor General Robert Buckland QC thought his jail term should have been much tougher and referred the case to London’s Court of Appeal.
And on Wednesday, Lord Justice Davis, Mr Justice King and Judge Nicholas Dean QC agreed with him - upping Kearney’s sentence to five years and eight months.
