​Drug dealer facing three years in prison spared jail – so he can care for his sick mum



A drug dealer who was facing a three-year prison sentence has been spared jail so he can care for his sick mum.
Tony Evans, 44, was with another drug dealer in a car in Loughborough when police caught them at 7.15pm on August 7, 2014.
Describing the arrest during a sentencing hearing at Leicester Crown Court, prosecutor Adrian Harris said Evans was behind the wheel of a black BMW and drove off when the police approached.
