Drivers jailed after '130mph road race' crash left woman with brain injury



TWO motorists have been jailed after racing at up to 130mph before one crashed into a driving instructor - leaving her with a devastating brain injury.
Kathrine Davies was in a coma for several weeks after the horrendous Birmingham smash and is now permanently disabled and unable to work.
Motorists Bashir Ahmadzai, 22, of Rotton Park Road, Edgbaston, was sentenced to two years and Lee Round, 26, of Lark Close, Kings Heath, was imprisoned for 20 months after both previously admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
