Driver who ran over man for ‘looking at his girlfriend’ starts jail sentence
 

A driver who deliberately ran over a man because he ‘looked at his girlfriend’ started his jail sentence today.
William Whitehorn, 26, got into an argument with a 20-year-old man on a train as it pulled into Staines railway station, in Staines-upon-Thames.
Murder investigation launched after burned body found with ‘no head or limbs’ After Whitehorn left the station, he got behind the wheel and ran over his victim, before fleeing the scene, on September 30.
He then drove home and told his aunt that he thought he had ‘killed someone’.
