Drink-driver given curfew



THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
AARON PAUL NICHOLSON , 28, of Sheffield Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. The suspended sentence order was varied to include a 12-week curfew requirement and he was given a 12-month community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was also disqualified from driving for two years, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £200.
