Dolly Parton praises 'folks' in North Lincolnshire



ONE OF the biggest names in music has praised efforts being made in North Lincolnshire to raise literacy standards.
Country star Dolly Parton's comments come before North Lincolnshire launches its Children's Literacy Trust next week at the Baths Hall.
The Children's Literacy Trust aims to develop the literacy skills of children, young people and their parents, and raise awareness of the importance of literacy, building on the success of the Imagination Library.
