Dog owner faces criminal charges after his pet attacked the same neighbour three times

A vicious dog attacked a next door neighbour three times leaving them needing hospital treatment.
The "boisterous" seven-year-old Jack Russell Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross has now been destroyed after its owner was charged with being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control.
Matthew Hawkesford, of Wragby Road, Lincoln, had owned the dog for four years when it squeezed through the fence between his and his neighbour's house last summer and bit his neighbour's hand.
