Dog clamped jaws down on pensioner's neck in terrifying attack



A pensioner needed surgery after a pitbull reportedly bit him on the neck.
The black dog’s owner apparently then told the victim: “Sorry mate, it doesn’t like people. Do you want a rag for the cuts?”
James Green, 65, was found stumbling along the street in Tuebrook with gashes to his neck and chin and a blood-stained T-shirt.
His stepdaughter Jen Wynn said the dog needed to be found after the reported incident on Windsor Road at around 3pm on Tuesday, September 26.
She warned that a child could have died if put in the same situation.
