​Diwali 2016: What you can see from Leicester's Big Wheel



Following on from the success of last year's Wheel of Light, the 110-ft (34m) ferris wheel is returning to the Diwali celebrations for 2016.
Arriving in Belgrave Road on Friday, October 14, for the start of half-term, it will stay until Sunday, November 6, and will be lit at night to provide an impressive centrepiece to the festivities.
The wheel will add an extra dimension to the city's Diwali celebrations, providing a birds-eye view of the lights adorning the Golden Mile, as well as the rest of the city beyond.
