A detective has made an emotional last-bid plea for the mother of an abandoned baby to come forward.
DI Jim Holmes can barely hold back the tears as he reads out an appeal for the unknown woman to make herself known to officers.
Police beg for mourners for baby girl who nobody knows He named the newborn girl Raihana, which means Heaven’s Flower, and has worked on the case since she was found in Marston, Oxford, in February.
