'Despicable' UN official laughs after being asked about fatal hospital bombings in Aleppo
 

Bashar Al Jaafari giggled when an English reporter for Al Jazeera asked him if  Syria’s government regime was responsible for bombing two hospitals in Aleppo.
The questioning comes as airstrikes by forces loyal to the Bashar al-Assad targeted the two largest hospitals in besieged eastern Aleppo.
The hospitals, which serve a quarter of a million civilians, were put out of service after the attacks which doctors described as catastrophic.
