Derbyshire's De Bradelei Mill saved from closure - and will reopen on Thursday!
 

An iconic Derbyshire shopping centre has been saved from closure by a local businesswoman.
De Bradelei Stores, a discount store in Chapel Street, Belper, ceased trading last Tuesday.
But businesswoman Venetia Sanders has announced that she has taken on the ladieswear and homeware departments on the site, and it will be reopening on Thursday, saving at least 40 jobs.
Mrs Sanders said: "My company will take over half of the mill - the ladieswear and homeware departments - and the current freehold owner will be operating menswear.
