Derby's street drinking problem: Build new shelter plea
 

Charities which work with street drinkers have called for a new shelter to be build in the city so they spend less time on the streets. The Derby Telegraph has spoken to three agencies which provide help - along with the police, shoppers, civic leaders and the council - as part of our investigation into how the problem can be solved.
