Derby's 'neighbour from hell' back in court

A Derby woman who has been branded a “neighbour from hell” has been back in court and now faces a further hearing.
But former Derby city councillor Mark Tittley called for Aislin Mellon to be evicted. He said Ms Mellon's neighbours would be “frustrated” that the situation had still not be resolved.
Ms Mellon appeared in court for a third time yesterday over problems at her home in Pacific Way, City Point. She has already been ordered by a judge to improve the behaviour at her house – or she could face jail.
