Derby people get behind plans for 'clean-air zones' in the city
 

Residents living near some of Derby's busiest junctions have backed the idea to turn parts of the city into "clean-air zones".
The move would see charges brought in for people and companies using old diesel buses, coaches, taxis and lorries in those zones by 2020. Newer vehicles which meet modern emissions standards and all private cars would not be affected.
