Derby NHS trust failed to investigate possible links of thefts going back FOUR years
 

A Derby-based health trust failed to properly investigate thefts which dated back four years.
The finding was made in a damning report by the Care Quality Commission into scandal-hit Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The Kingsway-based trust, which employs 2,500, looks after mentally ill and disabled people in the city and Derbyshire.
This morning's news comes after a day of revelations yesterday which told of failures "at director level" to properly guard patients from abuse.
