Derby man Aaron Moore escapes immediate jail sentence after attacking three people outside nightclub
 

A 20-year-old Derby man - who a court was told earns £41,000 a year - has narrowly escaped an immediate jail sentence for assaulting three people outside a nightclub.
Aaron Moore was ordered to pay £7,500 towards one victim's dental surgery after punching him in the mouth during the unprovoked attack. He then pushed that victim's girlfriend to the ground and, a short time later, attacked a third man outside The Association, in Burton.
