Derby County legend Roy McFarland praises Mel Morris but says dealing with defeat is hard for fans
 

Derby County legend Roy McFarland has praised Mel Morris' running of the club – but argues his request for fans not to boo players after a bad result is a "tough ask".
The former defender, who played 442 league games for the Rams during the late 1960s and 1970s, was at a question and answer session held by the Derby County owner and chairman for business leaders yesterday.
During the one-hour session, Morris called on fans to "unite" behind the club and throw their support behind the players, even in defeat.
