Derby care home owner says junction of Kenilworth Avenue and Village Street is accident 'hotspot'



The owner of a Derby care home has spoke of his frustration after ANOTHER crash outside his premises - having already spent £10,000 of his own money putting up a barrier around the building to stop cars crashing into it
Neil Vickers also plans to install speed cameras outside the Florence Nightingale Care Home, in Village Street, as he says he feels the area is "lawless" because of the lack of speed restrictions on the stretch of road outside.
