Deputy coroner delays inquest into death of Anglesey man



An inquest into the death of a 42 year old Anglesey man has been adjourned until December, to allow for a report to be compiled by health board bosses.
A two-day hearing into the death of Simon Willans of Ty Croes was due to start in Caernarfon this morning with members of his family present.
However, North West Wales deputy coroner, Nicola Jones, announced that following discussions between the relevant legal experts, it was agreed the hearing could not go ahead without the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board completing a serious investigation review (SIR).
