Demand for action over delays in answering 999 calls in Shropshire
 

0 Comments John Campion, West Mercia's Police and Crime Commissioner, says he will be "holding the Chief Constable to account on implementing tighter controls on the performance of the 101 and 999 services".
Mr Campion says that following concerns raised by the public, he will be holding a session with new Chief Constable Anthony Bangham before the end of the month to ask how the force will improve.
