Dead cat found with cable tie round neck in Wolverhampton



The female cat was discovered with her hind legs bound together with brown wire flex and a cable tie around her neck.
The animal was found by her owners under a hedge in Newbridge Crescent, Wolverhampton on Sunday.
The cat had been missing since October 8.
The RSPCA reported that the cat had severe trauma to its face and mouth with teeth missing and broken as though she had been hit with some force or run over.
RSPCA inspector Nayman Dunderdale said: “Sadly it seems like this cat’s life came to a very traumatic end as a result of deliberate cruelty.
