Dan Carter reveals he had a knee jab during last year's World Cup after former All Blacks fly-half was cleared of anti-doping charge 

Dan Carter has revealed that he had an injection in his right knee during last year’s World Cup, having been cleared of an anti-doping charge following a similar, pain-killing jab at the end of last season.
The 34-year-old former All Black No 10 appeared at a hearing with the French federation earlier this week along with two Racing 92 team-mates, Joe Rokocoko and Juan Imhoff, after traces of a corticosteroid were found in samples they provided following the Top 14 Final in June.
