Dai Young expects James Haskell and Kurtley Beale to provide early Christmas present for Wasps

Dai Young expects James Haskell and Kurtley Beale to provide early Christmas present for Wasps

Wasps boss Dai Young has revealed that marquee signing Kurtley Beale’s recovery from a serious knee injury is progressing well, and his debut for the club is tentatively scheduled for early December.
The former Waratah, who has 60 Australia caps to his name, suffered a ruptured patella playing for the Sydney-based club in early May, which required a lengthy period of rehab.
Beale arrived in Coventry in late summer, but Young has only become able to put a cautious estimate on the utility back’s likely return-to-play date since he has recommenced running.
