A dad-of-four has called for an off-road quad biking arena to be built in Hull to stop reckless riders from taking to the roads and putting lives in danger.
Rick Foster, 28, 'illegally' takes his nine-year-old son quad biking on a stretch of land near his home in Orchard Park.
He says quad biking provides the perfect chance for him to bond with his son, but hates the idea of being forced to do so in secret due to a lack of facilities in Hull.
