Dad who died falling from UK's highest mountain spent many years in the North East
 

A man who died after falling from the UK’s tallest mountain has been named as Fraser Campbell who lived for many years in the North East, it has emerged.
Mr Campbell, 52, was climbing the North face of Ben Nevis with another man when the tragedy occurred on Friday.
Following what rescuers described as a “difficult and technical” rescue, he was airlifted from the scene at 2am on Saturday. He died from his injuries.
His family said he was a “wonderful Daddy, kind and radiated enthusiasm”.
