Dad-of-three from Salford killed in fork lift truck tragedy at supermarket warehouse
 

A dad-of-three from Salford has died in an accident involving a fork lift truck at a Sainsbury’s warehouse.
An investigation has been launched into the death of Christopher Rogers, 30, who suffered severe head injuries in the incident last Thursday (September 29).
Mr Rogers, from Worsley, was pronounced dead at a Sainsbury’s Distribution Centre in Haydock in St Helens, Merseyside, despite paramedics’ efforts to save him.
