Cyclist ‘killed pensioner in road rage row over one-way system’



A cyclist stands accused of killing a pensioner  when the elderly man was out with his wheelchair-bound wife.
Duncan Snellgrove, 28, allegedly struck Roy Galvin, who fell on the road and struck his head.
Breastfeeding mum ordered to stop by police officer who threatened to arrest her The incident occurred following a dispute on a one-way system on Sunday afternoon.
Snellgrove was due before magistrates today charged with causing grievous bodily harm, but Mr Galvin, 69, died this morning from his injuries so the charge has been upgraded to manslaughter.
