Customers evacuated from East Kilbride shopping centre after Starbucks fire
 

CUSTOMERS have been evacuated from a Lanarkshire shopping centre.
Three fire crews rushed to the hub in East Kilbride after 8am on Monday, following reports of smoke coming from the building.
They found the danger contained to the Starbucks in the centre west area of the mall and people were promptly ushered out of the location.
It's understood the smoke was found to be within ventilation systems.
There are not thought to have been any injuries sustained because of the incident.
Emergency services are still on the scene carrying out an investigation.
