Cumbria teen jailed after raping and attacking 58-year-old woman



Jack Ian Walker, aged 18, was sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court following pleading guilty to rape, attempted rape, sexual assault and grievous bodily harm at a hearing on the 15th August 2016.
He was sentenced to 11 years in prison (on license for five years once released), sex offenders register, and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The victim, aged 58, required hospital treatment following the attack in the area of Church Street, Workington, on 15th July.
