'Cruel' Derby woman Gayle Megill 'locked child out in the snow', court told
 

A Derby woman has gone on trial accused of cruelty against two children – while her husband allegedly stood by and watched.
Gayle Megill faces three counts of child cruelty against a girl, which include locking her out in the snow while she was aged between four and six.
She also faces five charges of child cruelty against a boy, which include locking him outside for hours at a time.
