Cross Heath update: Police hunt after reports of shots being fired



ARMED police cordoned off a road after reports of gunshots being fired.
They descended on Wilton Street, in Cross Heath, after the alarm was raised at 10.20am today.
Police believed an air weapon was used in the incident and blocked off the street as they attempted to get inside a property on the street.
The force helicopter and police sniffer dogs have also been called in to help with the search.
One person has suffered a 'minor' injury in the incident.
Now Staffordshire Police are attempting to seize the weapon and track down the gunman.
