Council can't be sure the family pool at Queen's Leisure Centre will ever reopen
 

Council officers say they cannot be 100% certain the family swimming pool at Derby's Queen's Leisure Centre will ever open again.
The pool has remained closed since November last year as the condition of the roof had deteriorated.
In April, the entire building was closed over fears the roof had become unsafe.
A broken timber truss was removed in June, making part of the building safe and allowing the gala and teaching pools to reopen. Derby City Council said the truss was replaced in July.
