Convicted fraudster who lied about having cancer stole £1k from employer THREE DAYS into her new job



A fraudster who has an 'addiction to cash' has been jailed after stealing more than £17,000 from her employer in just over two months.
Teresa Clay stole the first £1,000 just three days after starting at Farsight Recruitment, a court heard on Thursday (January 18).
She also lied to her new work colleagues about needing time off work, and came up with a variety of illnesses to take time off - including telling them she had terminal cancer.
