JUNIOR doctors may not be forced to sign a new contract after a High Court judge ruled yesterday that Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt is not imposing the painful changes to their terms of employment.
Mr Justice Green rejected all three points advanced by Justice for Health campaigners, who had argued that Mr Hunt lacked the authority to impose the new contract, had violated the principles of transparency and good administration and had taken irrational decisions based on inadequate evidence.
