Consultant accused of acting in "sexually motivated" way towards two patients



A consultant at Leicester's hospitals is appearing before a medical tribunal accused of acting in a "sexually motivated" way towards two patients.
The acts relate to the time Dr Vittal Jadhav was working as a consultant in acute medicine and a locum in the emergency department at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
The first alleged incident happened on July 21, 2013, when, during a consultation with a female patient, known as Patient A, he asked if she was married or single.
