Conservatives romp to victory in Banbury by-election



1 Have your say The conservative candidate Andrew John McHugh easily secures victory in the Adderbury, Bodicote and Bloxham ward by-election.
The District Council election was called following the resignation of Tory Councillor Nigel Randall who had been in post since 2012. Randall resigned over his party’s stance on Europe.
