Conservative party conference 2016: Trade Unions hold huge protest in Birmingham city centre



Thousands of anti-austerity campaigners welcomed the Conservative Party conference to Birmingham with cries of 'Tories out' as they marched through the city centre.
They had travelled from all over the UK to show their anger at the Conservative Government and its austerity policies.
Among them was the Garratt family who brought their home made banners from Swindon to attend. Mum Erika said: "We are sick of watching this country being destroyed by this Conservative Government."
