Competing architects to display designs for GCR's £18m Leicester Main Line Museum



A series of architects are to pitch their proposed designs for a new multi-million pound heritage rail museum in Leicester.
The Great Central Railway (GCR) plans to build Main Line at its Leicester North station on the edge of the city.
GCR bosses have short-listed six possible concepts for how the museum will appear and at will put them on display for the public to view next week.
The exhibition will take place at the Platform Cafe at Greenacres near the site of the proposed museum at Leicester North on Wednesday.
