Starting Wednesday, October 5, for seven weeks, 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Do you ever feel stressed or anxious? Does life feel like it’s getting on top of you?Do you feel it difficult to concentrate? The mindfulness course can help you to learn how to beat stress, how to declutter your mind and strategies to cope better with anxiety. This course is free on most means tested benefits (proof required) or £60.90 (£2.90 per hour).
