Community comes to aid of struggling Barrow mum who had her benefits cut



On Monday, the Evening Mail told how a 25-year-old mum-of-two from Barrow struggled to provide food for her children after her child tax credits were stopped by Concentrix - a US firm hired by HMRC to identify fraudulent tax credit claims.
As a result of her plight, Sharon Foden and John Wright from Barrow Community Kitchen assembled a huge collection of household essentials to donate to the 25-year-old.
