Colombia plane tragedy: Son of Chapecoense coach escaped death after forgetting passport
 

Matheus Saroli, the son of the Brazilian football coach, shared a post on Instagram admitting he forgot his passport for ill-fated flight LM12933.
The 25-year-old was due to board the plane heading from Sao Paulo to Bolivia, which crashed on Tuesday morning in northeastern Colombia, killing 71 people.
Sadly, Mr Junior, 51, was one of those killed in the crash, which wiped out most of the Chapecoense team, who were on their way to Medellin for the Copa Sudamerica finals against Atletico Nacional tomorrow.
