Clocks go forward 2018 - how to cope with losing an hour's sleep when clocks change



Though we love the arrival of British Summer Time, after Derby's long, grey winter, it has one drawback - we lose one hour of precious sleep.
That's because the clocks will go forward by one hour on at 1am on Sunday, March 25, which means we're robbed of an hour's kip - in theory!
But The Sleep Council says we shouldn't lose sleep over the clocks going forward and has come up with tips to help us make the adjustment with ease.
