Cleethorpes woman caught up in hurricane as state of emergency declared



A Cleethorpes woman has become caught up in the path of Hurricane Matthew which is causing devastation in the United States.
Around two million people have been advised to evacuate Florida as the hurricane brings winds reaching 140mph to the state.
Charlotte Young 25, a former Matthew Humberstone School pupil, told her father Duncan Young that the panic caused by the imminent hurricane had sent the population "crazy."
Thousands of people were stock-piling fuel and essentials ahead of the arrival of the storm, the young journalist told.
