City council issues warning over $17.3 million Chinese businessman scam letter



Officials have warned people in Leicester not to be taken in by a scam letter purportedly from a Chinese businessmen looking to share a multi-million dollar inheritance.
The city council says they have had reports of the letter being sent to elderly people from a Mr Ma Zhang claiming to be the business relations manager for a Hong Kong bank.
