Children as young as 8 'throwing missiles' off Scunthorpe rooftops



THE parents of a gang of children who have been climbing onto rooftops in the Frodingham area of Scunthorpe and hurling missiles and abuse at passers-by and motorists have been warned by the police about the risks involved.
Concerned residents alerted the law after spotting the foursome - who are believed to be led by a 10-year-old girl in a grey hoodie - on the roofs of the New Brumby Methodist Church and the Albert Marson Court complex in Cottage Beck Road and the Wortley House Hotel in Rowland Road.
The children are believed to be aged between eight and 10-years-old.
