Chicken factory in Nottinghamshire could still go ahead after company appeals
 

Villagers say they are "disappointed" that plans for a chicken factory near their homes could still get the go-ahead - despite being rejected earlier in the year.
The development would consist of six poultry buildings - each roughly the size of a football pitch with room for 41,000 birds in each at a time - and a boiler unit and offices.
They would be used for 'broiler' chickens, or animals reared for meat.
