Chester residents urged to have their say on 1,300 homes bid
 

People in south Chester, Wrexham and Flintshire are urged to view and comment on plans for at least 1,300 homes earmarked on former green belt land alongside Wrexham Road .
The land – next to the Chester suburb of Westminster Park – was released by Cheshire West and Chester Council as part of its development plan.
House builders Taylor Wimpey and Redrow will be delivering the homes as part of this borough-wide Local Plan which was opposed by Tory councillor Neil Sullivan ( Handbridge Park) in whose ward the scheme sits.
